Cancellation Policy

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase contract without giving any reason, under §§ 355, 356 BGB (German Civil Code).

Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party other than the carrier, designated by you) take physical possession of the goods (or, for orders of several items delivered separately, from the day you receive the last item).

of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it's not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it's enough to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal If you withdraw from the contract, we'll reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs from choosing a delivery method other than our least expensive standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we're informed of your withdrawal. We'll use the same payment method you used originally, unless otherwise agreed, and you won't incur any fees for the reimbursement.

 

We may withhold reimbursement until we've received the goods back, or until you've provided evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

You're only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what's necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal Under § 312g Abs. 2 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:

• Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. worn earrings) once unsealed after delivery

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. engraved pieces)

• Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly
